Healthy snack
In this case, we have to prepared an healthy snack, in order to eat better. I have done a juice of fruits. I have chosen apples, bananas and pears, because they are my favourite fruits. I have to said that I have never eaten fruits because I dont like them. However,
I am making an effort, and I must confess that I am eating more fruits now.
Finally, I have given my juice to my Friend Mari Ángeles.
The elaboration is very easy, as I said before, you need fruits, what ever you want, in my case , apples, bananas and pears and water. In addition, you need a beater.
You have a natural juice.
