Myfitnesspal : With this new application, we can know how is our meal. I want to loose 5kg, but I have one problem. I don´t know how to eat. And with these graphics you can see perfectly.











As you can see, my percentage of carbohydrates is very high, and the others are low. I dont have an equivalent meal. I have to learn how eat. I eat a lot of chocolat and cakes, and I want to eat more healthy.

CALORIES
1. Here, my lunch is very low and this is unhealthy.


2.The most of the calories are at  dinner, so, in this day i ate less at lunch.



3. In this case, my meal is more balanced.



4. In this day, muy lunch is increased but my breakfast has the most of the calories too.

5.Here, I can see, that my percentage of dinner is very very low. only 7 calories. This is not good.

6. Here, the lunch is the low percentage and breakfast is the biggest.

8. The most of the calories are at the breakfast, so I ate less at dinner and lunch.




As you can see, I have more calories for the breakfast. As everybody knows it is the most important meal, and it should be strong. But I think that I should eat less at breakfast and have a more balanced meal. Sometimes, I don´t eat anything at dinner or lunch  and this is very unhealthy.

Basal Metabolism and Energy expenditure.

In the first class, we learn how to calculate the basal metabolism and energy expenditure.

The Basal Metabolism: It is the minimal amount of energy necessary to maintain respiration, circulation and other vital body functions while fasting and at total rest.


In my case (girl):

(10 x kg) + (6¨25 x cm) - (5 x year)- 161


Energy expenditure: It is the multiplication of the basal metabolism and the different activities, and this is depend on the person.

You can be:

-Sadent : 1¨2

-Light : 1¨375

-Moderate: 1¨55

-Very active: 1¨725

- Hiperactive: 1¨9



IN MY  CASE

I show you my  basal metabolism and my energy expenditure.

 BASAL MET.(10 x kg) + (6¨25 x cm) - (5 x year)- 161= 1584 kcal

ENERGY EXPEND   1584x 1.375= 2178 kcal

We start with strength this term. The first homework is about the app MyFitnessPal. It can count the calories of your meals. It is an useful application. Here, I show you the activity about my meals in a week.

Body composition.

The first week




 The fourth week



I am very confused. In the first photograph we can observe that my fat index is 24,4, but in the second photo, it is show an impossible number of fat index. However in this month, I have lost two kilos. 
Proposed Wods

In this project, I do a lot of sport in order to show the strenght of women. In addition, it helps me for keeping in form. At the beginning, it was hard, i had a lot of pain and i must confess that I did it in less time that 12 minutes. However, the next times i did the wod in the  the time that the teacher said. But I could recording only a few minutes.
Apart from this, I have started a new life, i am more athletic and i do sport everyday. I go out, around the river for walking. For me, it is a good way for relaxing and not to think about problems.

Material homemade

I have done some materials in order to bring to school and contribute with the project. 


You need:

-Two bottles of 1´5 kg (each one)

-Paint cans , in my case red and blue.

-Paint brush

- Sand ( in order to put inside the bottles)

My diary.

I don´t like so much the sport. I spend my time doing homework and study. But with this project, my life is very different. I usually go to walk by the river and do some exercise. In addition, I do Crossfit and for me it is a good way for relaxing and not to think about problems. Here, I show you my progress. 


The first and second week : It was very hard at the beginning and I had a lot of stiffs.



The third week: It was less and less hard, and the stiff was disappearing.



The fourth week: The last week in the month of April. I am more tenacious and athletic. In addition, I can do the same exercise in less time.
